A fun and friendly cooking course for adults who face barriers to cooking independently
Who's it for?
This course is designed to provide adults with learning disabilities or mental health issues with the tools they need to move towards independent cooking. The small group provides a safe and supportive space to learn about food, cook delicious recipes from scratch and build confidence while connecting with others.

All learners are presented with a Square Food Foundation certificate at the end of this course.
